What You’ll Do

  • Retailer Support: Resolve inquiries via email, phone, and other channels with empathy and professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose pain points, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) to escalate complex issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends in Retailer feedback to refine support strategies and enhance partner experiences.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust with Retailers through proactive communication and partnership.

What They Offer

  • Competitive Pay:
    • CA, NY, CT, NJ: 46,000–48,000/year
    • WA: 44,000–46,000/year
    • OR, DE, MA, MD, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI + others: 42,000–44,000/year
    • All other states: 38,000–40,000/year

Requirements

  • Minimum:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1+ years in customer service, troubleshooting multi-channel inquiries (phone/email).
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

    • E-commerce or retail operations experience.
    • Self-starter mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
