Join us as an HR Service Center Representative to support Distribution and Fulfillment Centers. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact by addressing HR-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support: Handle 30–40 inbound calls daily, providing guidance on HR policies, leaves of absence, pay coordination, and job protection.
  • Communication Channels: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and internal reporting tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Case Management: Document call summaries and resolutions using the ServiceNow case management system.
  • Leave Administration: Manage leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ERISA, state disability, family leave laws, and company policies.
  • Workload Prioritization: Use dashboard reports to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Policy Reference: Utilize internal resources and policy documents to provide accurate and compliant information.
  • Special Projects: Assist with cross-functional tasks and special projects as needed
 

What They Offer

  • Pay Rate: 15–19/hour (based on skills and experience).
  • Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
  • Potential for Growth: Opportunity for full-time conversion after the 3-month contract period.
  • Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexibility to work from home.
 

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of customer service or HR-related experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and systems (e.g., FMLA, ERISA).
    • Experience with case management systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
     
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
