What You’ll Do
- Patient Support: Resolve 30–35 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and health plans, addressing billing inquiries and financial responsibilities.
- Billing Expertise: Explain benefits, process payments, and offer financial assistance options (e.g., payment plans).
- Problem-Solving: Navigate dual monitors and multiple applications to troubleshoot billing issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA/PHI policies and meet performance goals in call quality, attendance, and adherence.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience:
- 1+ years in customer service (call center environment).
- 1+ years in healthcare/medical billing (preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dual monitor navigation, and data entry (30+ WPM).
- Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule & Training
- Training Period: 4–6 weeks (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST).
- Post-Training Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST.
